PLEASE FILM AN UNBOXING VIDEO STARTING BEFORE OPENING BOX AND TEST THE LIGHTSTICK. THERE MUST BE NO STOPS IN THE VIDEO AND EVERYTHING MUST BE SHOWM CLEARLY. THIS WILL BE REQUESTED AS PROOF IF THERE IS A FAULT WITH AN ITEM YOU HAVE RECEIVED AND MAKING A REFUND OR RETURN CLAIM.
THE UNBOXING VIDEO MUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN (as stated  in our policies) IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE VALIDATED (under the discretion of the management)
