1.⁠ ⁠Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. 2.⁠ ⁠⁠If your item is IN STOCK it will be shipped within 3-5 business days. 3.⁠ ⁠⁠Depending on if you’ve selected Royal Mail Tracked24 or Tracked48 is how long your order will take to arrive to you after we have processed and packed your order within those 3-5 business days. 4.⁠ ⁠⁠When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. If the tracking information does not show straight away please allow at least a day for the tracking to update before contacting us.

1.⁠ ⁠Items can take up to 4 weeks to arrive to us after the korean release date. However there can be further delays due to korean holidays and custom clearances 2.⁠ ⁠⁠As soon as the items arrive we aim to ship them within our usual shipping times 3.⁠ ⁠⁠Shipping may be slightly delayed if a larger quantity of preorders arrive to us at the same time.
